Mike Edwards

Non-Executive Chairman

Mr Edwards is a Geologist and Economist with over 25 years’ experience in senior management roles within both the public and private sectors.

Mr Edwards has held numerous Executive and Non-Executive Director roles, predominantly with ASX-listed companies and most recently was Non-Executive Chairman of Greenstone Resources Ltd (ASX:GSR) which merged with Horizon Minerals Limited (ASX: HRZ). Mike has also recently held positions as Non-Executive Chairman of Future Battery Minerals (ASX:FBM) and Non-Executive Chairman Firefly Resources Limited (ASX:FFR) which successfully merged with Gascoyne Resources Limited (ASX:GCY).

Scott Glasson

Finance Director

Mr Glasson (B.Comm, CA) is a finance executive and chartered accountant with extensive corporate experience in the mining asnd financial sectors.

Will Belbin

Non-Executive Director

Mr Belbin (B.SC, M.SC) has over 20 years’ experience working in gold and base metals exploration, with extensive experience in project generation and evaluation.

Will was an integral part of the Fisher East nickel sulphide discoveries as exploration manager for Rox Resources Limited. During his time with Rox Resources (working in partnership with Teck Resources), Mr Belbin played a key role in the discovery and advancement of the world-class Teena zinc deposit in the McArthur Basin, N.T.

Mr Belbin holds a geology degree from the University of Western Australia and a Masters of Mineral and Energy Economics from Curtin University’s Graduate School of Business.

Mr Belbin is currently Managing Director of Metal Hawk Limited. Mr Belbin is a founding Director of Daly Resources.

David Pennock

Non-Executive Director

Born in Darwin, N.T., David is a Corporate Geologist from the WA School of Mines, has over 18 years experience in the resources sector and has strong business development skills.

David is a founding Director of Daly Resources.

Gregor Bennett

Chief Geologist

Mr Bennett is an Exploration Geologist with over 15 years’ experience across precious and base metals, with a strong track record in discovery and resource growth.

Mr Bennett led exploration at Maximus Resources that delivered a 250% increase in gold resources, supporting the company’s acquisition by Astral Resources. He was also Exploration Manager at Rox Resources, where he oversaw growth of the Youanmi Gold Project resource inventory from 1.2Moz to 2.3Moz Au. During his time at Rox Resources, Mr Bennett was involved in the discovery and delineation of the Fisher East nickel sulphide deposits and was Senior Geologist during the world-class Teena zinc discovery under the Teck Resources joint venture.

Earlier in his career, Mr Bennett contributed to the 32Moz Mesa de Plata silver project in Mexico and the 8Mt Odysseus nickel deposit with Xstrata Nickel.

Daniel Greene

Exploration Manager

Daniel (BSc (Hons)) has 19 years of experience across Australia and internationally as an exploration geologist and manager with a proven record spanning early-stage target generation through to discovery and resource delineation across multiple commodities.

Most recently, Daniel served as Exploration Manager with DevEx Resources, where he spent over six years leading exploration programmes across the Northern Territory’s Alligator Rivers and Murphy Provinces.

Chris Marshall

Company Secretary

Chris is an experienced corporate, mining and resources lawyer with over 18 years experience. Chris spent 5 years working for Corrs Chambers Westgarth in the corporate advisory team specialising in energy and resources. Chris then spent 7 years with Perilya Mining as Company Lawyer and Co Sec. Chris is currently Principal Director of Marshall Lawyers and is also a Fellow of the Governance Institute of Australia.
